An Afternoon Visiting Churches in Xochimilco & Tlalpan of Mexico City

Published October 1, 2022 in Mexico - 0 Comments

The other day, I decided to visit a certain area of Mexico City in the south.

It was through select parts of Xochimilco and Tlalpan actually but parts that didn't seem to have too much tourism value.

Still, I wanted to see what was in the area "just because" and see what the streets and neighborhoods looked like.

So I found a taxi in the street and had him drive me around for 7 hours.

At only 120 pesos or 6 dollars an hour, it was cheap as fuck.

We covered a bunch of churches mostly as that is what looked like to be the most important spots in the areas we checked out.

In Xochimilco, the neighborhood I liked the most was called Santiago Tepalcatlalpan.

Looked nice.

I could see myself spending a month or two there.

Anyway, that's all I got to say.
